Online cycling sessions
My online sessions are for you if you've a suitable static bike or bike/turbotrainer to ride at home. You just need a laptop or tablet and for best results, a smartphone to join in.

Whether you're joining in at a group session, riding along online, or getting personalised coaching - Intelligent Cycling is the thing. Sessions are designed and delivered with this software - and by downloading the free app and riding along, you'll build a useful trackable workout history too.

If you're taking in-person personal coaching, we'll be riding BodyBikes. This way we can accurately measure your power output and heartrate, and give you a really easy-to-view interface so you can see how you're doing as you ride. And it pairs perfectly with Intelligent Cycling - trackable results!

MyZone
For personal training, we use MyZone, because we need to see how your body responds to the effort you put in. When we use heartrate, it doesn't matter what bike you're riding. MyZone enables you to watch your fitness improve. I recommend MyZone if you're riding with me in classes online or in-person.
